I first met Dalia when she had booked us for her birthday party evening in the East Rand. Her and Brett were engaged and we chatted a little about their wedding but nothing much came of it as it was still months in the future. Now to begin, Dalia and Brett are such a great couple together. Brett is, well Brett. Hard to explain but imagine this big, “buff” guy with the biggest heart and so much kindness to go around and Dalia is kind, smart and has a great sense of fashion.

The venue was Shepstone Gardens in Johannesburg. I am always blown away by their gardens and stunning buildings. There is literally a place to shoot on every corner of the property. This wedding was so precious! At the ceremony, Brett got down on his knee and promised Dalia’s kids that he would look after them all, cherish them and always be there for them. Then after the signing of the register, we all went into the beautiful vintage chapel and Brett played 2 songs for Dalia which had a significant meaning. There were a few tears of joy if I may say so! Oh, and did I mention Dalia is Portuguese?? We had a fiesta during the dancing! I absolutely love the Greek and Portuguese weddings, the people know how to party!
